S N Subrahmanyan (SNS) is the Chairman & Managing Director of Larsen & Toubro, a multi-billion-dollar conglomerate, spanning across Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Technology and Financial Services. He also holds diverse leadership positions as Chairperson of the Company and Chairman of LTIMindtree, L&T Technology Services, and L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited.

SNS, over the years, has played a pivotal role in guiding the Company's infrastructure business to become the largest in India and among the biggest globally. Now, he is focused on driving L&T's diverse business interests towards new heights by leveraging the power of digitalisation, technology, transition to green energy and fostering a people-centric culture. Hailing from Chennai, SNS embarked on his professional journey with L&T in 1984 as a Project Planning Engineer with a degree in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra and a postgraduate degree in business management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. He furthered his education with an Executive Management Programme from the London Business School. Mentored by industry stalwarts, he took on roles of increasing responsibility across various business verticals and joined the L&T Board in 2011.

Notable achievements under SNS's leadership include the execution of diverse projects like the Statue of Unity, ITER, Dual Feed Crackers, Offshore Platforms, K9 Vajra, Atal Setu, Ayodhya Ram Mandir, in the offing Bullet Train and more – each recognised for being the ‘tallest’, ‘largest, ‘longest’, ‘smartest’, ‘most complex’, or ‘first’ in their respective categories. His entrepreneurial mindset propelled L&T into untapped geographies, including the Middle East, Africa, and ASEAN, establishing the Company's credentials globally. SNS holds prominent positions within various industry bodies, construction institutions and councils, showcasing his influential presence in these domains. As one of the nine founding members of the Climate Finance Leadership Initiative (CFLI) India, he actively contributes to bringing global scale and influence to this significant initiative. Additionally, he serves as the regular honorary chairperson of the Board of Governors at the National Institute of Technology-Rourkela, a position bestowed upon him by the Education Ministry. In February 2021, he was appointed by the Union Ministry of Labour & Employment as the Chairman of the National Safety Council for two years. In this capacity, he guided the council in playing a crucial role in ensuring workplace safety under the new Occupational Safety, Health, and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (OSH Code, 2020).

Beyond his professional pursuits, SNS embodies a diverse range of interests that reveal the multi-faceted dimensions of his personality. A cricket aficionado and a passionate runner, he emphasises the importance of physical activity through his daily walks and runs. Notably, his appreciation extends beyond sports and fitness, as he also finds solace and passion in the world of Western classical music.

Mr. Sudipta Roy is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Mr. Roy is a consumer banking and payments professional with over 24 years of financial services experience. He joined the Company from ICICI Bank, where he served as Group Head and managed diverse businesses like Unsecured Assets, Cards, Payment Solutions, Student Ecosystem, E-commerce and Merchant Ecosystem, Millennial Banking and API Banking. Before his assignment with ICICI Bank since 2010, he has worked for Citibank and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Roy has a deep understanding of consumer finance, cards and retail loans, lending and payments technology systems and associated risk management practices and has worked extensively in India, China and Canada in the consumer lending and payments business, having built green-field lending and cards businesses in all three countries.

He was voted as one of the Top 50 Digital Finance Influencers in the country in 2024 as well as the top 30 Fintech Influencers in India in the year 2021 and is a speaker at various forums on Retail Lending and Credit, History of Payments, Risk and Fraud Control and Future of Payments business.

Mr. Roy has also been a part of several Government and Reserve Bank of India committees in areas of transit payment systems, banking security and retail payments.

He is a chemical engineer from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and MBA from XLRI School of Management, Jamshedpur.

Mr. R. Shankar Raman is the Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Mr. R. Shankar Raman is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. Over the past 40 years, Mr. Shankar Raman has worked in varied capacities in the field of finance.

Mr. R. Shankar Raman joined L&T Group in November 1994 to set up L&T Finance Limited.

Over the years, Mr. R. Shankar Raman assumed responsibilities to oversee the entire finance function at the Group level, including functions like Risk Management, Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Legal. Mr. Shankar Raman was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Larsen & Toubro Limited in September 2011 and subsequently elevated to the Board on October 1, 2011. Mr. Shankar Raman is also on the Board of Management of several companies within the L&T Group.

Mr. R. Shankar Raman has been a recipient of several awards, such as Best CFO of Asia in the Industrial Sector in a survey conducted by the prestigious New York-based Institutional Investor Magazine, winner of Best CFO Awards from CNBC TV18, Financial Express, and Business Today. He is also the recipient of the Life Time Achievement award in the field of Finance from Financial Express.

Mr. R. Shankar Raman is presently a member of the Advisory Committee to The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) on Corporate Insolvency & Liquidation and also a member of the SEBI-Corporate Bonds and Securitization Advisory Committee (CoBoSAC).

"Dr. Rajani R. Gupte received her Master’s, M.Phil and Ph.D degree in Economics from the prestigious Gokhale Institute of Economics and Politics, Pune. She has been actively engaged with higher education for over forty years, both as a Professor and Researcher.

Dr. Gupte is currently an Advisor to Symbiosis. She has recently completed her tenure of two terms as the Vice Chancellor of Symbiosis International University, Pune from 2013 -2023. A capable institution-builder, Dr. Gupte has also earlier held the positions of Dean- Faculty of Management, Dean-Academics and Pro-Vice Chancellor at the Symbiosis International University.

She joined Symbiosis as a founding member of the Symbiosis Institute of International Business in 1992. She was the Director of the Institute between 2004 and 2012. Her headship led the Institute to be established as one of the top-ranking business schools in India. In the past, she has also worked as Director-Finance, in a Private Limited Company, wherein she handled Finance operations seamlessly.

She has been frequently invited on committees of important organizations, such as International Trade Panel - Confederation of Indian Industries (CII), World Trade Organization Committee, Govt. of Maharashtra, and Chemtech World Expo. She has also served on committees appointed by the UGC and on working groups on higher education.

Dr. Gupte was invited to be a part of a committee of eminent economists formed by NITI Aayog to interact with the Honourable Prime Minister on "Economic Policy: The Road Ahead". She was also one of the ten women selected from across Asia who have attended the 'Women in University Administration programme' sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. She is a part of a Think Tank of eminent economists formed by NITI Aayog. She is also a member of NITI Aayog Consultation Group of Experts for the Education Vertical. Dr. Gupte has been appointed as a Member of the Apex Working Group for promotion of Study in India scheme by the Ministry of Education, Govt of India.

Dr. Gupte is an Independent Director on the Board of L&T Finance Limited (formerly known as L&T Finance Holdings Limited).

Dr. R. Seetharaman, Former Chief Executive Officer of Doha Bank (2007 – 2022), is a prominent personality in the banking industry throughout the Middle East, an economic expert who has achieved remarkable success for his contributions to Banking, Trade, Investment, Economics, Environment, Social responsibility, Philanthropy and Charity. Post his successful Finance/Banking career of over 40 years in he has adopted six sustainable development goals from United Nations and has registered a Non-profit organisation “Seetharaman School of Sustainable Development” with the vision of contributing to global sustainable development.

He is a Chartered Accountant and holds certificate in IT systems and Corporate Management, whilst being a gold medalist in his graduation Bachelor of Commerce.

He is recipient of multiple doctorates from leading universities of the world, including 3 PhD’s.

Dr. R. Seetharaman was honoured with the “Green Economy Visionary Award” in 2016 by Union of Arab Banks for his contribution in promoting green economies. He was also honoured “Global Excellence Award in Renewable Energy 2017” by the Energy and Environment Foundation.

He was conferred with the “Lifetime Achievement Award” by The Banker Middle East to honour his contribution to the industry and his support for the environment and the business.

He was also conferred “Life time Achievement Award” from the Institute of Directors at the Global Summit.

He was conferred “Life time Achievement Award” by the Entrepreneur Middle East at the “Leaders in Fintech Awards 2023” in Dubai on 12th June 2023.

Ms. Nishi Vasudeva is an internationally acclaimed leader and as Chairman of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) was the first woman to chair an oil and gas company in India. She represented HPCL as Chairperson/Director on the board of several joint venture companies. She was responsible for developing the vision and long-term objectives, improving growth and profitability, driving a high-performance culture geared towards operational excellence and consistent value creation for shareholders & all stakeholders.

Prior to assuming responsibility as Chairman & Managing Director, she served on HPCL Board as Director- Marketing and was responsible for pan India sales (B2B & B2C segments), brand building, efficient supply chain management, Infrastructure development and leading HPCL foray into new business lines.

Her career at HPCL included leadership positions in Marketing, Corporate Strategy, Planning and Information systems and she has led key business transformation & organizational restructuring projects.

She is the first Indian to be awarded the Global CEO of the year at Platt's Global Energy Awards 2015. She received the SCOPE Award for excellence and outstanding contribution to Public Sector Management from the Hon'ble President of India and was also recognized with Outstanding Women Manager Award by SCOPE. She has been a member of several committees for development of policy in the Oil industry and Hydrocarbon sector in India. She is BA (Economic Honours) from Delhi University and an MBA from IIM Calcutta with over 38 years of experience in the petroleum industry.

Ms Vasudeva serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director on the Boards of several prominent corporates.

Mr. Dhananjaya Tambe was the Dy. Managing Director & CIO of State Bank of India, India's largest bank, from April 2018 till November 2020. He joined the Bank in 1987 and moved to the IT vertical in 2009 for leading the Integrated Payment Hub Project. In 2011, he became the head of Internet Banking. From 2013 to 2014, he served as General Manager, first of Payment Systems and then of IT-Infrastructure. In 2015, Mr. Tambe was elevated to the rank of Chief General Manager for IT Operations and later for IT Transformation, Collaboration and Marketing.

Mr. Tambe was the CEO of C-Edge Technologies Limited till April 2022. C-Edge is a TCS-SBI joint venture which provides banking technology services to over 200 banks, including CBS services to over 170 banks on a Saas model. Banks served by C-Edge include Regional Rural Banks, Urban Cooperative Banks, District Central Cooperative Banks and a few private, public sector and foreign banks.

Currently, Mr. Tambe is a director on the board of some companies, consultant with some other companies and also advises clients as an Independent Consultant.

Mr. Tambe is M.Sc., CAIIB, PGDFM and PMP.

Mr. Sachinn Joshi leads Finance & Accounts, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Investor Relations, Risk, Internal Audit & RCU and Economic Affairs functions as the Chief Financial Officer.

He has over 34 years of experience with expertise in finance and operations. These include setting up business & treasury operations, risk & credit control, human resource management, public listing, strategic planning and crisis management.

Previously, Mr. Joshi worked with Aditya Birla Finance as the Chief Financial Officer heading Treasury, Finance, Secretarial & Statutory Compliance, and Admin verticals. Prior to this, he worked as an Executive Director & CFO at Angel Group, heading strategy and finance. At IL&FS, he worked across various capacities including that of CFO, COO and Executive Director - Finance & Operations. In this role, he played a pivotal role in setting up of wholesale and retail businesses at one of its subsidiary IL&FS Investsmart.

Mr. Joshi is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant. He has also done his post-graduation in Law and has completed the Business Leadership Program from IIM Calcutta. He is an avid runner and regularly participates in full as well as half marathons, loves travelling and watching sports particularly cricket.

Mr. Raju Dodti is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at L&T Finance. In his current role, he oversees the growth of retail finance businesses across regions and provides leadership to the operations and customer service functions.

A proven leader in driving complex business transformations, Mr. Dodti has previously held leadership positions as Chief Executive of three key businesses within the Company: Infrastructure Finance, Real Estate Finance, and SME Finance.

Mr. Dodti began his journey with L&T Finance as Group General Counsel, where he was responsible for legal and regulatory compliance across the group. With over two decades of leadership experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, he has worked with several prominent institutions, including IDFC Alternatives, Rabo India Finance, ABN AMRO NV, Société Générale, and Global Trust Bank. Throughout his career, he has consistently demonstrated a deep expertise in building high-performing teams and driving sustained business growth.

He also contributes strategic insights as a board member for various entities and has led several significant strategic divestments for L&T Finance.

Mr. Dodti holds an Advanced Management Program certificate from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, a Bachelor of Laws from Government Law College, Mumbai; and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mr. Dodti is passionate about music, fitness, and writing, which he actively pursues alongside his corporate commitments.

Mr. Abhishek Sharma is the Chief Executive - SME Finance at L&T Finance. Prior to being elevated to the role Mr. Sharma led the Group’s digital transformation initiative. He has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Product Development and Sales Leadership, across the Group, Rural Finance & Housing Finance businesses.

Previously, he has served as a Captain in the Indian Army for five years.

Mr. Sharma has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from the Delhi University.

He loves reading and is an avid sports enthusiast.

Ms. Sonia Krishnankutty is the Chief Executive – Rural Business Finance. She is spearheading the Rural Business Finance, in charge of building best-in-class portfolio, systems & processes and setting up new products to cater to our rural customers.

Having completed her MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Ms Sonia has more than 21 years of experience in Banking and Financial sector handling various roles in business, recoveries, credit and risk across Retail Asset Financing, Priority Sector Lending and Rural Finance.

She joined LTF in 2008, and was pivotal in setting up and managing the Asset management services for handling hard collection for all Retail businesses. Post this, she continued her journey towards setting up and managing the company’s Risk Control Unit for all Retail businesses. Having successfully built and established two key functions, she moved on to head the Farm Equipment Finance business where she transformed the entire business function, enhanced book quality and reduced NPAs while improving the market share multi-fold, setting up manufacturer relationships and completing the turn-around of Farm Equipment Finance. Post her success in the Farm Equipment Finance, she took charge as Business Head for Micro Loans where she helped build and strengthen the portfolio. Under her leadership the business has gone through several critical phases while emerging with book and profitability intact.

Prior to joining LTFS, Ms. Sonia had worked with Bank of Baroda in various functions covering Credit, Collections and Business in Retail Lending.

Ms. Apurva Rathod is the Company Secretary & Chief Sustainability Officer at L&T Finance Limited (formerly known as L&T Finance Holdings Limited).

With an experience of over 22 years, she has worked across Legal, Compliance, Risk Management and Corporate Secretarial functions. She moved to LTF from Fidelity in 2012 and has been at the helm of Corporate Secretarial function since 2016. In addition, she has also been leading the Group CSR & Sustainability initiatives of LTF since March 2020.

She has been spearheading the strategic initiative of corporate restructuring of various lending entities within LTF and has also played a pivotal role in strengthening the corporate governance framework through robust processes and controls.

As the Head of CSR initiatives, she has been instrumental in scaling up “Digital Sakhi” - the flagship program of LTF aimed at Digital Financial Inclusion of rural women and creating sustainable livelihoods. The program has won prestigious awards in the categories of women empowerment and digital literacy, across multiple forums.

She is also leading the strategy and implementation of LTF sustainability initiatives and has been a key part of its journey in addressing various environmental, social and governance risks across business platforms.

In her previous stints, she has been associated with the mutual fund arm of Fidelity International in India and Kotak Mahindra AMC Limited and has played a key role in corporate M&A.

Ms. Rathod is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai.

Mr. Asheesh Goel is the Chief Executive for Farmer Finance at L&T Financial Services and comes with a rich work experience of more than 28 years in the financial services industry. Mr. Goel has an excellent track record of developing and transforming systems and processes that has helped businesses scale new heights. This has been achieved by reengineering the existing business model, remodelling and building robust architecture and transformation of the deliverance platform for meeting the core objective of the Organization. In his long span in the lending business, Mr. Goel has launched new asset financing verticals, built robust infrastructure along with laying down customer- centric initiatives to build reach and scale.

A Chartered Accountant by qualification, before joining L&T Financial Services in 2019, Mr. Goel was with Citibank for close to 19 years heading varied asset verticals.

Kavita Jagtiani, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of L&T Finance Ltd., is based in Mumbai and is renowned for her expertise in leading marketing and communications strategies. In her current role, she is spearheading the branding and communication efforts towards positioning the Company as an admired and inspirational financial institution, creating sustainable value for all its stakeholders. This includes developing and implementing strategies across all product categories and channels thus driving the organisation to a higher stature.

Kavita has over 26 years of rich experience in brand building and marketing. She has a proven track record in strategic planning, category creation, innovation, consumer insights, in-market brand activation, and integrated marketing campaigns.

In her previous role at Pidilite Industries, Kavita had worked for over a decade, and served as the Regional Marketing Chief of International Business where she had honed her skills in steering integrated marketing communications and crafting award-winning campaigns across diverse regions.

Before her tenure at Pidilite, Kavita held leadership roles at esteemed organizations like ICICI Bank Ltd., General Mills India, and Weikfield Consumer Products Pvt Ltd. where her work has received several global and national accolades.

Kavita's educational background includes an Exemplary Certification in Digital Strategies for Business from Emeritus & Columbia Business School, New York, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management in Marketing from Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research and Entrepreneurship Education. Mr. Aithal is a Senior Technology Executive with a proven track record of transforming digital landscapes by formulating strategic plans, ensuring operational success in execution, and delivering results.

He comes with over 25-year track record of leadership in public technology companies, startups and fintech industry with grounds up experience in setting up, scaling, and managing cross-functional global teams

Mr. Aithal served as Site Lead, India and Head of Engineering & Centre Head, India in Elastic and Zenefits Technologies respectively, where he was involved in establishing the development centres in India. He has also led strategic technology initiatives within the Fixed Income and Derivatives trading and Risk management areas at Goldman Sachs and has been associated with Ness Technologies and Citibank N.A in his previous stints. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal.

Mr. Jinesh Shah currently serves as the Chief Executive of Urban Secured Assets & Third Party Products at L&T Finance Ltd. (LTF), where he leads the strategic direction and execution for these key business areas.

Mr. Shah is a highly accomplished banking and financial services leader with over 27 years of experience. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the financial landscape, cultivated through a diverse career spanning various critical functions. His expertise encompasses Business Management, Digital Initiatives, Financial Planning, Sales & Distribution, Credit Risk, Collections, and Wealth Management.

Prior to joining LTF, Mr. Shah held the position of Managing Director and Head - Mortgages & Loan Against Property at Standard Chartered Bank, India. His leadership journey also includes significant roles at prominent institutions such as ICICI Bank, HSBC, Citibank NA, and GE Countrywide, where he consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and innovation.

Mr. Shah's strong academic foundation complements his professional achievements. He holds a Master of Management Studies in Finance from the Welingkar Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the HR College of Commerce & Economics.

Dr. Debarag Banerjee is a seasoned executive and thought leader in AI, machine learning, and data science. Currently, he serves as the Chief AI and Data Officer at L&T Finance, where he is driving transformative AI initiatives to reshape financial services. With over two decades of experience, Dr. Banerjee has previously held senior leadership roles at prominent organisations, including serving as the Global Head of Data Science & AI at Agoda, where he led a team of 49 scientists across impactful projects. As VP and Head of AI & Data Science at Myntra, a Flipkart unit, he launched world's first generative AI-driven fashion brands.

Dr. Banerjee also played a pivotal role as SVP of Data Science and AI at Jio, where his contributions helped scale Jio's 4G services grow from zero to more than 137M subscribers in 7 months, a world record in any new product growth ever. Beyond corporate leadership, he is a successful entrepreneur, having founded Avnera and WiViu, both focused on harnessing AI for product development. Banerjee holds a Ph.D. in AI from Stanford University, grounding his expertise in cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning methodologies. His combination of technical depth, strategic insight, and business acumen makes him a highly sought-after keynote speaker, offering valuable perspectives on the future of AI in various sectors.

Mr. Nilesh Dange is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at L&T Finance Ltd. He is an HR veteran with more than 25 years of experience across industries like financial services, chemicals, manufacturing, heavy engineering, and defence, among others.

He has been associated with the L&T group for the last 20 years and has grown as an in-house HR leader with experience in implementing technology solutions in HR, facilitating and aligning organisational training programmes with business imperatives, building high-performing teams to deliver on the HR agenda, crafting and institutionalising sets of policies and processes that ensure good governance, and nurturing a salubrious culture within the organisation. Has played a critical role in mergers and acquisitions of businesses with a focus on seamless value-based assimilation.

As a driving force behind L&T Finance's human resources strategy, Mr. Dange has spearheaded initiatives that have not only elevated the employee experience but have also strategically aligned human capital with the overarching business goals. He possesses an innate ability to navigate the complex landscape of talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational culture and technology in HR with finesse, resulting in a workforce that is not only highly skilled but deeply motivated. He is a senior leader with over 23 years of experience in financial and technology services domains and possesses a deep understanding of the retail and corporate banking landscape. His expertise extends to the rapidly evolving areas of digital banking, payments, and cards.

Prior to LTF, he successfully scaled Glance Digital (InMobi Group) globally, innovating in AI-powered content and commerce experiences on smart devices. His impressive career includes leading major digital and business transformations at giants like ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, DBS Bank, and TransUnion CIBIL.

Mr. Gupta is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) and holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and CertICM holder.
