I/We understand that this finance shall be at the sole discretion of L&T Finance Ltd. (“LTF”) I/ We have disclosed my / our KYC information in digital / physical form and I / We have furnished my/our KYC documents are required by LTF.

I/We have voluntarily disclosed my / our Aadhar details to LTF. I / We hereby confirm and declare that all the information provided herein is/are true and correct. I/We further confirm and declare that all the contents of the document furnished by me/us are true and correct.

I/We state, confirm and agree that i / we am/are aware that submission of a copy of my/our Proof of Possession of Aadhaar Number (OVD) containing Aadhaar number, as an Officially Valid Document (OVD) is not mandatory, however, I / we voluntarily consent for providing a copy of my / our Proof of Possession of Aadhaar number (OVD), one of the officially valid documents to L&T Finance Limited for authentication / verification in accordance with and for the purpose of the extant rules and Regulations.

I hereby consent in favour of L&T Finance Ltd. to process my personal data (incl. Aadhaar details, location, audio/video data collected during appraisal process) including fetching and using my KYC, bureau and digilocker information and sharing it with third parties for my loan application and hereby agree to the privacy policy.

I hereby consent in favour of L&T Finance Ltd. to conduct video KYC and all audio / video data including images of the household, goods, structural arrangements shall be duly recorded, stored, shared with third parties and processed for credit appraisal process and such other activities as may be provided in the privacy policy.

I/We agreed to furnish to LTF further information/documents required by it to complete the documentation. I/We further certify that I / We am / are citizens of India. No cash/bearer cheque has been collected from me / us towards processing fees of the Loan Agreement.

No oral discount / Free gift or any other commitment / promise is given LTF or any of its authorized representative. I / We hereby request and authorise LTF to update my / our current address in all my / our existing agreement details and link all agreements under my / our clients ID. Whatever stated hereinabove has been read over and explained to me in Malayalam and I have understood the same.

I/We hereby authorize LTF to share all the information and details relating to my/our existing loan repayment history contact information with LTF’s affiliate/group companies’ banks, financial institutions, credit bureaus, credit agencies, statutory bodies as required for processing the loan request.

I/We hereby authorise LTF to share / communicate these information of any promotional marketing offers and other transaction /features / products / services of LTF and its affiliate companies via SMS / Phone / Email / Whatsapp. I / We hereby confirm that the equipment purchased from the loan availed by me/us under this application will be used for agriculture purpose only. I / We hereby authorise LTF to share/communicate the stagewise progress of my / our loan disbursement via SMS / Phone / Email / Whatsapp.

I/We voluntarily give my / our consent to share One Time Password with the official of LTF for generating CIBIL score and signing the loan agreement electronically. My / our consent to share One Time Password for generating CIBIL score and signing loan agreement electronically is free and not obtained by coercion, or undue influence or fraud or misrepresentation or mistake.
