1. Nature of Consent

1. This consent is being given by me voluntarily for receiving marketing and promotional communications.
2. This consent is separate from and not a condition for availing core servicing, transactional updates, legal notices, or mandatory account-related communications.
3. My decision not to provide this consent, or to withdraw it later, shall not affect those communications that are necessary for account servicing, policy servicing, loan servicing, grievance handling, security alerts, fraud prevention, compliance, or other legally required purposes.

2. Purpose of Marketing Consent

2.1. I authorize L&T Finance & it’s authorised representatives to use my details for the purpose of informing me about products and services that may be relevant to me, limited to:

• Personal Data
• insurance products, including life, health, general, motor, travel, accident, or other insurance categories;
• pre-approved offers, top-up offers, renewal offers, premium reminders linked with promotional benefits, and upgrade opportunities;
• partner-led offers, bundled services, loyalty programs, and campaign-based offers;
• educational, awareness, onboarding, promotional, festive, and seasonal campaigns;
• research surveys, feedback programs, contests, referrals, and customer engagement programs.

2.2. I understand that such communications may be personalized or customized based on my profile, preferences, past interactions, product holdings, eligibility indicators, geography, digital interactions, and campaign relevance, to the extent permitted by applicable law and L&T Finance’s Privacy Policy.

3. Channels Through Which I May Be Contacted

3.1. I consent to being contacted through one or more of the following channels:

• phone calls;
• SMS;
• email;
• WhatsApp;
• app push notifications;
• web push notifications;
• in-app messages;
• RCS or similar messaging channels;
• digital advertisements, remarketing, retargeting, or audience-based digital outreach;
• any other communication channel lawfully permitted and disclosed by L&T Finance.

3.2. I understand that communication delivery may be undertaken directly by L&T Finance or through authorized service providers, communication vendors, insurers, intermediaries, channel partners, or other business partners acting on its behalf and for authorized purposes.

4. Use of My Data for Marketing Purposes

4.1. For the purposes of such marketing communication, I consent to L&T Finance collecting, storing, analyzing, using, and processing my personal data, including:

• name;
• mobile number;
• email address;
• city / state / branch relationship;
• demographic details;
• product holding information;
• customer category;
• lead and application details;
• Central KYC identifier;
• communication preferences;
• app or website interaction data;
• campaign response behaviour;
• other information lawfully available to L&T Finance for determining relevance of offers.

4.2. I understand that this consent permits L&T Finance to profile me for limited marketing and campaign relevance purposes, including segmentation, prioritization, campaign targeting, response analysis, and service improvement, subject to applicable law and internal controls.

4.3 I understand that my personal data shall be retained by L&T Finance in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements, and where required under such laws or internal policies, may be retained for a period of up to 10 (ten) years from the date of collection or from the date of cessation of the relationship, as applicable.

4.3. I further understand that my data may be combined with other lawfully held customer data, interaction data, and servicing data to determine whether a particular offer, campaign, product communication, or partner proposition may be relevant to me.

5. Insurance Marketing Specific Consent

5.1. Where the communication relates to insurance products, I consent to being contacted by L&T Finance Ltd , a corporate agent (CA 0867) licensed by IRDAI in relation to insurance solicitation and promotional communication.

5.2. I understand that L&T Finance acts as a corporate agent and does not underwrite insurance risk, and all insurance products are underwritten by the respective insurer.

5.3. I acknowledge that any insurance communication sent to me under this consent is only for solicitation, awareness, offer presentation, follow-up, renewal outreach, or lead engagement, and that policy issuance, underwriting, premium, coverage, exclusions, and claims are subject to the insurer’s terms and applicable law.

5.4. I understand that any insurance advertisement, solicitation, or product communication is subject to applicable IRDAI requirements on fair promotional communication and distance marketing.

6. Commercial Communication and Regulatory Compliance

6.1. I understand that promotional communications sent pursuant to this consent may constitute commercial communications under applicable telecom and digital communication regulations.

6.2. I authorize L&T Finance and its authorized senders to send such communications in accordance with applicable telecom, DLT, and sender-registration requirements, wherever applicable.

6.3. I understand that L&T Finance may maintain records of this consent, including timestamp, source journey, checkbox capture, channel preference, campaign source, device or session logs, and related audit trail, for compliance, dispute resolution, and suppression management purposes. TRAI’s framework recognizes consent-based commercial communication and provides mechanisms for registration, complaint handling, and revocation.

7. Sharing for Marketing Execution

7.1. I consent to L&T Finance sharing my contact details and relevant marketing-related information, on a need-to-know basis, with its affiliates, insurers, communication vendors, cloud telephony providers, CRM platforms, campaign management partners, digital advertising partners, analytics providers, WhatsApp / SMS / email delivery partners, and other authorized service providers, strictly for the purpose of executing, managing, suppressing, measuring, or optimizing marketing communications.

7.2. Such sharing shall be limited to what is necessary for lawful campaign execution, compliance, communication delivery, preference management, suppression, analytics, and related business operations.

8. Personalization, Analytics, and Campaign Measurement

8.1. I consent to L&T Finance tracking and analyzing whether I open, view, click, respond to, ignore, unsubscribe from, or otherwise engage with a marketing communication.

8.2. I understand that L&T Finance may use such engagement data for:

• communication preference management;
• campaign performance tracking;
• suppression of irrelevant communications;
• segmentation and campaign optimization;
• frequency management;
• internal analytics, service improvement, and effectiveness measurement.

8.3. I further understand that digital marketing may include retargeting, audience suppression, frequency controls, attribution analysis, or similar campaign techniques, to the extent permitted by law and platform rules.

9. Optional Nature of Consent

9.1. I understand that this marketing consent is optional.

9.2. I am not required to provide this consent merely to use the app, register myself, submit a request, access servicing functionality, or receive mandatory service communications.

9.3. If I do not provide this consent, I may still continue to receive non-promotional communications required for servicing, compliance, or security.

10. Withdrawal / Opt-Out

10.1. I understand that I may withdraw this consent at any time.

10.2. I may withdraw or manage my preferences through one or more of the following methods, as made available by L&T Finance:

• app settings;
• unsubscribe link;
• reply-based opt-out mechanism, where applicable;
• customer care;
• email request;
• grievance channel;
• any other digital or offline mode notified by L&T Finance.

10.3. I understand and acknowledge that any withdrawal of my consent for receiving marketing or promotional communications shall be processed and given effect by t L&T Finance within a reasonable operational period, being the time required to process, validate, and implement such request across its systems, databases, and service providers. Such request shall be implemented as expeditiously as practicable and in accordance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies of L&T Finance as may be updated from time to time. I further acknowledge that L&T Finance may maintain a suppression / do-not-contact record of my details to ensure that I do not receive further promotional communications.

10.4. I further understand that withdrawal of this consent shall not affect processing already undertaken before such withdrawal, and shall not impact mandatory service, security, regulatory, or transactional communications. DPDP requires that withdrawal be as easy as giving consent.

11. Communication Preference and Frequency Controls

11.1. I understand that L&T Finance may apply internal rules relating to communication frequency, relevance, suppression, and channel selection.

11.2. I may receive communications across multiple channels unless I opt out or unless channel-level restrictions apply.

11.3. L&T Finance may choose not to send me certain communications even where I have consented, based on suitability, suppression, legal restrictions, risk filters, internal policies, or campaign rules.

12. Accuracy of Contact Information

12.1. I confirm that the mobile number, email address, and correspondence/permanent addressprovided by me belong to me or are used by me lawfully and with authorization.

12.2. I understand that L&T Finance shall not be responsible for any consequence arising from incorrect, outdated, reassigned, or unauthorized contact details provided by me.

12.3. I agree to promptly update my contact details and preferences where necessary.

13. No Guarantee of Offer or Eligibility

13.1. I understand that receipt of a marketing communication does not amount to final approval, sanction, issuance, eligibility confirmation, guaranteed pricing, or binding offer unless specifically stated otherwise in the final product documentation.

13.2. Any product ultimately availed by me shall remain subject to eligibility, underwriting, credit assessment, documentation, internal policies, insurer / lender rules, and applicable law.

14. Privacy Policy Linkage

14.1. I confirm that I have read, understood, or have been given access to the L&T Finance Privacy Policy.

14.2. I understand that this marketing consent shall be read together with the Privacy Policy of L&T Finance Ltd at the time of consent capture.

14.3. In the event of inconsistency, the stricter legal or regulatory requirement shall prevail.

15.2. Such records may be used for compliance, audit, regulatory verification, dispute resolution, complaint handling, and demonstrating lawful marketing outreach.

16. Survival of Suppression Rights

16.1. Even if I withdraw this consent, I understand that L&T Finance may continue to store minimal necessary information such as my name, mobile number, email address, channel suppression flag, withdrawal timestamp, and audit trail for the limited purpose of ensuring future compliance with my opt-out / do-not-contact preference.
