L&T Finance Limited (LTF) is a subsidiary of Larsen and Toubro. It was incorporated as a Non Banking Finance Company in November 1994. L&T Finance offers a spectrum of financial products and services for trade, industry and agriculture.

L&T Finance has one subsidiary, namely, L&T Mutual Fund. L&T Finance acquired DBS Cholamandalam AMC on 20th Jan, 2010 which is now known as L&T Mutual Fund. Headquartered in Mumbai, L&T Mutual Fund enjoys a pan-India presence through 49 branches. L&T Mutual Fund (LTMF) has a suite of 23 products, with some funds that have a track record built over last 14 years.
